The Slocan Ramblers are Canada’s bluegrass band to watch and they're coming in hot to 118 North's Tailgate Under the Tent series in Wayne, PA on August 14th. Rooted in tradition, fearlessly creative and possessing a bold, dynamic sound, The Slocan Ramblers have become a leading light of today’s acoustic music scene. On their much-anticipated album Queen City Jubilee, which earned them a 2019 Juno Award Nominee for Traditional Roots Album of the Year, The Slocans showcase their unique blend of bluegrass, old-time and folk with deep song-writing, lightning fast instrumentals and sawdust-thick vocals. The band appears at 118 North's Tailgate Under the Tent series, just across the street from the venue, at the Wayne Picnic Grove on Saturday August 14th at 6pm, a free show.
