Live Nation Philly Announces Summer Live-In Drive-In Series at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia
Live Nation Philly and the Philadelphia Phillies have announced LIVE-IN DRIVE-IN at the parking lot at Citizens Bank Park this Summer where they will host their very own drive-in concert series with full, live on stage performances from musicians & comedians. The series will kick off with comedian Bert Kreischer on 8/16, AJR on 8/19, Pigeons Playing Ping Pong on 8/21, The Struts on 8/22, The Front Bottoms on 8/23, Mt. Joy with Adam Melchor on 8/25, Subtronics with Minnesota & Level Up on 8/26. September will see the likes of Smith & Myers of Shinedown on 9/3, Philly’s own Lotus on 9/4, and Grateful Dead tribute Dark Star Orchestra, performing a 2-day run on 9/5 & 6. The series will conclude with The Labor Day Comedy Jam on 9/7 featuring Michael Blackson and friends - Capone, Talent, Turae & Skeet Carter with special guest DJ Jazzy Jeff & Cory Townes.
The Live-In Drive-In concert series is a reimagined live concert experience with artists performing full sets on an outdoor stage complete with lighting and large LED screens so you can experience the show from the safety of your own vehicle on the lot. When arriving on site to the event, FM frequency information will be given to you by one of the concert ambassadors specially designed and delivered via your in-vehicle FM radio. This will ensure there is no lag in receiving the sound inside your vehicle and you can turn it up in accordance with your own comfort level.
Safety is a top priority for Live Nation and its employees, each event will comply with the most current health and safety standards per local jurisdictions and state regulations in order to protect fans, artists, crews and staff. All venue staff are required to wear masks. Masks will also be required for anyone outside of your vehicle. Each car attending an event will purchase just one ticket, good for a maximum of four (4) people per vehicle.
