Philly's Pickle Rehearsal & Recording Space Re-opens
Re-emerging from the barrel of uncertainty and world-wide chaos, the Pickle Rehearsal Space in west Philly has re-opened for business. Under the design and management of Philly local, Soren Wagner, countless hours of work have been put in to re-open the location for a once-again thriving music community in the area. The Pickle aims to service Philly's local musicians with music production, rehearsal, and a livestream location with very reasonable prices for band bookings for rehearsal or recording with a hands-off approach, allowing bands to take control and make key choices during the process.
The facility at Pickle Rehearsal is well equipped for musicians and bands who want to turn the knobs and try different sounds, with an equipment closet packed with accessory guitar/bass/piano pedals and other devices for use at very reasonable hourly rates. The space also provides a comfy living room area where artists can rev up for or decompress from their session. The 300sq/ft room can hold a full backline, with different style amplifiers for the shredder-type, rhythm guitarist, or bass player on the team, with a full PA system and subwoofers, offering in-ear headsets for each member by rental....there is even a standup piano in the room to rent. Artists and groups have the liberty to schedule sessions and times using the Pickle Rehearsal's easy-access online booking portal right on the website with the ability to add extras and add-ons so the room can be ready for when they arrive to jump into rehearsal or music production.
With some time off due to the pandemic, a little bit of painting, and lots of elbow grease, the Pickle Rehearsal Space is back in action and ready to serve the Philly music community for rehearsal, recording and live stream performance needs. Located at 5213 Grays Ave in west Philadelphia, the Pickle Rehearsal Space is open every day from noon to midnight by appointment using the online scheduling tool at picklerehearsal.com
