The Living Room at 35 East Announces Exciting Fall Lineup In Its New, Larger Location

Picture
Proprietor and musician Laura Mann recently relocated her acclaimed intimate music room, formerly at 35 East Lancaster Avenue in Ardmore, to this larger new space that can accommodate up to 400 patrons on Ardmore Ave. Situated only 10 miles west of Center City Philadelphia, The Living Room at 35 East can now host bigger-name talent as well as larger audiences for some of the area’s most popular local artists. In addition to a full slate of music performances, special events include producer Phil Nicolo presenting rare Beatles’ audio outtakes and video, and a movie night featuring Adventures of a Secret Kidd: The Mass Hallucination of Kenn Kweder.

Featuring comfy couches and lounge seating, the casual BYOB venue provides corking, wine glasses and mixers, along with non-alcoholic drinks and a delicious selection of homemade snacks (including the popular Cozy Dubliner Grilled Cheese) and desserts. Free parking is available next to the building after 6 pm. Doors open at 7 pm with shows starting at 8 pm.

Advance tickets for all scheduled concerts are available directly through the venue’s  website, TheLivingRoomat35East.com.
