Elevated Earthlings: A Celebration of Planet Earth 4/27
Elevated Earthlings is a gathering of like minded beings to honor this flying rock we call home. Come and enjoy food, drinks, vendors and live performances as we come together at The Music Ward in west Philadelphia to raise money and awareness for the beautiful and astounding Planet Earth. There will be a donation wine and food bar to raise money for an organization called the The National Resources Defense Council (NRDC). For every $1 donation you receive one food and drink ticket good for either a glass of wine or some catered food. The NRDC also know as The National Resources Defense Council is a group of expert scientist, lawyers, and other advocates to defend and help this planet, its resources and its inhabitants.
Curated by Candice Johnson of The Wallflower Observer, a unique gathering of artists and vendors makes this event truly special. Musical acts for the event include harpist & hospital certified harp therapist, Kitty Jauregui, experimental vibraphonist, Jello Vibes, and a special 2-hour acoustic guitar set from Philly's own Sonni Shine. Elevated Earthlings will also feature live art from artists on site featuring Ashlee Saito, Marisa Valzquez Rivas, and Mama Spunion. Philly's own Stockyard Sandwich company will be serving up farm to table take-out for every diet from carnivore to gluten free vegan. Stockyard hosts Seasonal breakfast, lunch, dinner & catering.
