The Wallflower Observer Presents: Muskrat Flats with Onyx&Honey and Jello Vibes at Milo - The Meeting House 6/5.
Experimental jammers Muskrat Flats are set to perform next Saturday night at Milo - The Meetinghouse in Mt. Airy, marking their first performance at the quickly-becoming-popular venue. Muskrat Flats has played venues like World Cafe Live, The Trocadero Theater, Baltimore Sound Stage, Bourbon & Branch, Milkboy, 118 North and many other local haunts. Next Saturday marks a special show because the band welcomes guitarist/vocalist Matty McCann back to the east coast and the band plans to celebrate accordingly.
Along with Muskrat Flats at Milo will be onyx&honey, this rhythmic duo packs a punch that is unique and versatile, with over forty years of combined performance experience between Nikki DiGiorgio and Rob Perna Jr. Their ever-expanding repertoire draws on their musical whims, resulting in a fine blend of electro-pop-punk-funk-singer songwriter-soul. Original music is their wheelhouse, but they often shine on select eclectic tunes that we all know and love. Check out the video for 'You Get Me'
