Make the World Better Concert in Philadelphia at FDR Park 7/25/2025

Night one of the Make the World Better Concert Weekend took place Friday night in south Philly's FDR park, with LA-based singer/songwriter Jay Som, followed by Philly's own alt-rockers, Hop Along. Closing the night out, we saw Richmond's member of grammy-award winning trio, boygenius, Lucy Dacus, who just recently released her album, Forever is a Feeling.
Founded in 2013 by former Eagles player Connor Barwin, Make The World Better connects people and inspires stewardship through public space revitalization projects. MTWB believes that communities prosper when all people have access to high-quality public spaces that provide safe outlets for recreation, sports, and arts-based activities.
