UK's Bad Nerves Slated to Perform at Underground Arts on May 9th

The bastard child of a Ramones/Strokes one night stand, Bad Nerves play ferociously fast distorted pop songs and drew acclaim with their previous releases ‘Dreaming’, ‘Baby Drummer’, & ‘Can’t Be Mine’. It would appear to be in the DNA of rock music, particularly punk music, that the music itself happens by some kind of happy accident. Nothing truer could be said of the Essex five piece speed punk band. For frontman Bobby, the formation of the band itself was an unintentional happenstance that just wound up taking off in unexpected but very exciting directions.
Endorsed by the likes of Rolling Stones’ Mick Jagger, Green Day’s Billie Joe Armstrong, Pearl Jam’s Stone Gossard, and Duran Duran’s Simon Le Bon among others, Bad Nerves have quickly become one of Britain’s most buzzed about bands. With the release of their new record, featuring stand out tracks like You’ve Got The Nerve,” “Antidote,” “USA” and “You Should Know By Now” along with jaw-dropping, high energy live shows, they’ve garnered a massive global following, high praise from top critics and shows with Green Day, Weezer, The Hives, The Darkness, The Struts and Royal Blood to name a few. Bad Nerves are injecting a shot of adrenaline into the punk scene and they’re just getting started. The band kicks of their North American tour with Spiritual Cramp tomorrow in Santa Fe, NM and makes its way east through the mid-west and performs in Philly on May 9th at Underground Arts, grab tickets here.
